  • Every subsequent package thereafter costs $4.

Chargeable Weight

The chargeable shipping weight of the package is determined by either the volumetric weight or actual weight of a shipment, whichever is greater.

Q What is volumetric weight?
Volumetric weight is defined by the volume that the package occupies (the actual size of the package).
Q How is volumetric weight calculated?
There is a formula for calculating volumetric weight by the dimensions of your package.

Volumetric formula
length x height x width (in cm) = volumetric weight (in kg)
5000
Q What is actual weight?
The actual weight of a package is its actual physical weight measured in kilograms.

In international shipping, the volumetric weight is taken into consideration as the space a package occupies (volumetric weight) in a cargo hold is as important as it's actual weight.

Large packages, even if the weight is light, take up more space in an aircraft cargo hold.

**Do note that shipping weight indicated on your merchant form may be based on ground shipping guidelines which do not correspond to international air shipment regulations.

Duties & Taxes & Remote Area Surcharge

Duties and Taxes

Customs Regulations apply to all imported goods.
As Duty-free limits and customs regulations vary from country to country, we strongly recommend that you check with your country's governing authority.
In event that Duties and Tax is applicable for your shipment, the fees are paid directly to the logistics partner.

Remote Area Surcharge

Remote Area Surcharge is imposed by the delivery agent when a delivery address is in an area that is beyond the delivery agent's route.
This usually applies only if the delivery address is in a particularly rural area.
If your delivery address is classified as a remote area, please add 3-5 business days to the delivery time.

Check with us if your address is classified as a remote area, please contact our customer service.
