GShipExpress - International Shipping

GShipExpress Shipping (Shipping Worldwide)

GShipExpress provides Worldwide Express Shipping to over +220 countries destination.
From any of our warehouse locations, right to your doorstep! You may rest easy, knowing that we are here for you every step of the way.

With GShipExpress ShiptoMe Services, you may exercise flexibility to ship any of your packages from any of the warehouses locations to you, wherever you are.

Express Shipping generally takes 3-7 business days (depending on the origin and destination country)
(e.g. Packages coming from Taiwan to Singapore may take approximately 2-4 business days, whereas packages from USA to Singapore can take 3-5 business days)

Package Value Declaration

Customs regulations worldwide requires the commercial value of all packages shipped internationally MUST be declared.
The value declared for each package is the sum of the commercial value of individual contents in the package.

This commercial value can also be found on the invoice attached to your package from the retailers. The value of your purchases must be declared accurately, regardless of whether they are new, used or if the item is purchased for your own usage or as a gift.

Please note that false or under-declaration of the item value can result in your package being impounded, heavy fines and/or criminal proceedings.

If you are uncertain of your package contents, you may request for our inspection service for a fee of US$5.00 per package, for us to open and check your package contents for you.

All imported goods are subject to the destination country's Taxes & Remote Area Surcharge
As Customs duties and regulations differ from country to country, please check with your country's regulating authority.

GShipExpress is committed to deliver every package to your destination on time. For every shipment to you, you will be able to track your package shipment status during transit to your destination. To check on your shipment status, please click here.

International returns

As GShipExpress is neither a retailer nor a reseller, please note that all returns are subject to the final decision of the merchant/reseller. However, we will certainly help you process your returns if you require it.

Returns can be made from both GShipExpress warehouse locations or from your locations.
Please note that return shipments from your home are subject to International shipping rates.

Return Charges

1. Administrative / Processing Fee

Return shipments carry a processing fee of US$15 per shipment, as well as a per kg charge as the below chart shows.

2. Shipping charges

Domestic/International shipping charges (if any) from your GShipExpress location will be borne by you, along with any additional charges levied by the online retailers. The necessary steps for Return shipments are listed in the chart below to return items from your GShipExpress address to the merchant.


Steps Orders purchased directly from merchant Shop4Me orders
1 Check with the merchant for their return policy. Points to note:-
- Is your article eligible for returns?
- Mode of refund

Some merchants only offer shopping credits or vouchers as a refund
- The window of returns eligibility

Most online merchants have a 15 to 60 day window period for their returns policy Bear in mind that international shipping back to the merchant may take between 7 to 10 working days

If your article is eligible for returns, make sure you have the following from the merchant
- A commercial invoice
- A returns label
- A returns authorization reference number
(RMA reference number), if available.

2 Email us with the details of the package or items which you wish to return. Please provide us with
- a copy of the returns label
and
- a returns authorization reference number (RMA)
if applicable, from the merchant
We will check with the merchant for their returns policy on your behalf and obtain from them;

3 We will email you the applicable charges for returning your package(s) or item(s) This includes the:-
- Returns Administrative/Processing fees
and
- Domestic/International shipping fees, if any

4 Once the payment for the returns fees/charges have been made, please allow 2 business days for the local GShipExpress office to process the returns

After the items(s) have been returned to the merchant, check that you received the refund from the merchant.

Refund policies and processing times and dates vary from merchant to merchant.
You will need to liaise directly with the merchant if there are any delays in the refund process.
Once the payment for the returns fees/charges have been made, please allow 2 business days for the local GShipExpress office to process the returns

Once we have received the refund from the merchant for your items, we will transfer this refund to your payment account within 7 business days, less any applicable charges.
